Abstract :
For the deconvolution of LIMM (Laser Intensity Modulation Method) spectra a regularization algorithm based on the self-consistency method developed by Honerkamp and Weese is applied. Linear grids and the one-side irradiated case were considered. We show the simultaneous determination of all important thermal parameters with the spatial distribution. The natural line width (NLW) is determined for our algorithm
