Abstract :
The pressure wave propagation method using a piezoelectrically generated pressure pulse has been applied to the research of charge behavior in a dielectric. In this paper, the generation mechanism of the pressure pulse wave by using a piezoelectric transducer is investigated. The results show that the generated pressure pulse has been described by using a simple convolutional equation
