Abstract :
Nowadays, collaboration between peers in any learning environment is increasingly becoming a very important issue as it allows deeper learning and achievement of higher levels of learning outcomes. However, during effective execution of a learning process, there is no guarantee that effective collaboration between peers will occur as intended by the teacher. In this paper, we provide an approach based on Semantic Web Services technology to intelligently simulate collaborative learning activities. This approach takes account previous, current and intended one´s learner context by characterizing the collaborative state of the environment as well as the learning levels of learners accordingly to bloom´s taxonomy.
