Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present PA-CONECTA software. This software is used to analyze coverage levels for multi-cell radiocommunication systems. The kernel is based on PO-ML-BSP algorithm in which physical optics (PO) approximation is combined with BSP (Binary Space Partitioning) and a multilevel (ML) scheme in order to reduce the computational cost. The software consists of different modules: geometry module allows the user to load the terrain or geometry. With PO-ML-BSP module you can select the number of domains and levels into which the space is divided. Base stations and antennas settings are defined in a new window and afterwards electromagnetic fields are calculated. Some graphic examples are shown.
