Abstract :
Compactness is the key index to determine the work quality of vibratory roller, the intelligent control of compactness was the key and difficult technology for roller. In order to improve the compaction effect and the intelligence of automatic control of roller, an intelligent control system was constructed based on CAN bus, GA method was used to optimize the fuzzy control strategy in the controller.The result indicated that the self-adaptive and self-study ability of compaction control of roller was improved, the compaction effect was better than before.
