Abstract :
It is based on a driverless operation, which can be actualized by a train control system, the core part of the railway system. In the case of most train control systems and track circuits, an Inductive Loop cable and Access Point transmission method has been applied. This is done by the way that the Wi-Fi Mesh network based train control data has been being developed for the magnetic levitation vehicle. Wi-Fi mesh network technology is general in the field of the telecommunication of railways. However, it has not been applied to train control in spite of its merits such as economic efficiency, self-discovery and configuration, self-healing, fast roaming, etc. Therefore, the Maglev is the railway project where Wireless mesh network technology will be applied to the train control system for the first time in the world. This can be regarded as an innovating event for train control systems.
