Abstract :
An intelligent control is proposed that uses the learning adaptation, and intelligence of a new voltage stability security assessment and an autonomous decision making diagnosis of the cause, cure, and remedy for voltage collapse. The intelligence and autonomous decision making permits a new hierarchical control structure for a deregulated utility industry
