Abstract :
The 10kV, 35kV and 110kV/1000A ac energy meter based on three-phase four-wire floating-ground theory is described. The floating-ground safety protection design, Faraday shielding technique and dc self-supply method are integrated in those meters based on the new I/V, V/V techniques to realize high accuracy, reliability and wide linearity performance. The accuracy of 10kV, 35kV and 110kV energy meter is in the range of 0.2~0.5%.
