Abstract
Psychological stress and psychological health are becoming more and more significant in high school students. On the basis of investigating the stressors, mediator factors, stress reactions of 437 high school students in Jilin province, and the process of psychological stress of them were studied in detail in this paper. The findings are: (1) The major stressors of students are study pressure and trouble of relationship with family or other social relations; (2) Mediator variables which affect the results of stress are social support, question-solving coping style and escaping coping style.
