Abstract
Vinylidene fluoride/trifluoroethylene copolymers are suitable materials to produce a memory device. In the case of this device, information is stored in the polarity of the polarization. It has been reported that the remnant polarization decays with an increase in the reversal period. Now we present the effect of the reversal condition on the hysteresis properties. It became obvious that the property changes are related to the fraction of the reversed polarization. Furthermore the effect in the condition of restriction and distribution of the polarization are discussed
