Abstract :
Diode mounting topologies for waveguide switches are presented and utilized to design and fabricate two evanescent- mode X-band modules of approximately 15 and 25% fractional bandwidth, comprising two packaged PIN diodes, with varying isolation, insertion loss and VSWR.
