Abstract :
A method for predicting the stray capacitance of planar inductors with a single layer is presented. The method is based on an analytical approach. First, the model is done for only two conductors and is then extended to a physical structure with several conductors. The modeling results are confronted with finite element method (FEM) simulations as well as with experimental results
