Abstract
Our idea deals with a spatial approach of depth perception based on blur analysis with three images of the same scene. In the first part of the paper, we discuss some models used and the assumptions made. We demonstrate how depth cues can be extracted from images of the same scene. Theoretical developments are made to highlight the possibilities of developing our method for real-time applications. This paper presents some numerical experiments to show the accuracy of the method
