Abstract :
A new flashlamp-pumped dye laser (FLP DL) with a broader tuning range is reported. A tunable radiation source in the near UV range of spectrum using SHG is also developed. Using mixed ethanol solutions of LK-678 or LK-747 dyes with Rhodamine 6G in the tunable radiation sources on basis of the pulse periodical FLP DL operating in red and near IR ranges of the spectrum allows to improve their output energy performance.
