Abstract
Engineering students which have an innovative thinking, the ability to generate ideas and to create an innovative product are necessary for the successful economic development of the country. In order to be able to train such good professionals, universities must establish a network between university and enterprises using new education technologies. Universities must know the needs of the real economy sector and employers and they should start training students from pre-school education.
