  • Abstract
Proposes on autonomic lighting system usually considers several environmental situations like human´s existence, human motion detection and indoor illumination by sunshine on windows or other indoor luminaries, it is presented by networked human sensing, illumination detecting devices and central controlling servers. However, the systems are not yet populated because of several problems, like difficulty on installation of complex home network with multiple sensors; or variability on human characteristics, some consumers may not feel comfortable to supplied illumination which is objectively controlled by environment sensing systems. In this paper, we propose an intelligent lighting switch to autonomically control indoor LED lighting fixtures. It is designed under the consideration of variable human characteristics, not only controlling light by illumination sensing or human detection, but also learning user´s light control pattern on different temporal situation. And only one illumination sensor is used to avoid complex sensor network installation.
