Abstract
Wireless receiver architectures and RF system concepts are analyzed to suggest a suitable method for wireless receiver design. Due to battery life limitations and portability, main design focus is addressed on power consumption and integration. Wireless standards and RF system concepts is also considered in the analysis and design considering an industrial advanced simulation CAD system. The system design presented in this paper considers the RF system analysis for a receiver operating in the ISM 2.4 GHz frequency band applicable to the WPANs.
