Abstract
In this case study, the research question is: How can the Integration Readiness Level metrics be understood and realized in integration projects. The performed analysis was qualitative and included: interviews of experts in the case company (n=5 in which n=3 valid) representing experience in system integrations (n=121); literature reviewed for evidence (n=16); and documents (n=26) as research data.
