    The authors present the book “IGIP-International Society of Engineering Pedagogy: the Present, Past and Future”, that shows the dynamics of the Society changes and the development of Engineering Pedagogy. The paper is focused on the history of IGIP. It begins with the historical information on engineering education, describes the foundation of the Association and its main activities: the Prototype Curriculum, Ing.Paed.IGIP Register, Training Centers, Symposia, Presidency, Membership, etc.
