Abstract :
To improve the determination of the von Klitzing constant RK at a significant level of uncertainty of about one part in 108 a new Thompson-Lampard calculable capacitor has been developed at LNE. This paper presents the progress on different parts of this system, in particular on the implementation of the method used to adjust very precisely the capacitor inter-electrodes cavity geometry.
