Abstract
This paper presents a collaborative web tool which provides for the exchange of best-practice techniques used by classroom teachers. It is based on Bloom\´s taxonomy and learning styles for curriculum planning purposes and is utilized for the creation of optimized learning units. These units, or pedagogical artifacts, use the concepts of "instructional design" and information architecture. To illustrate and present the results of these tools a case study is performed on a graduate course with a focus on teaching engineering technologies.
