Abstract :
Quantum Metrology Triangle checking consistency among three physical constant, Josephson constant, von Klitzing Constant and elementary charge is attracting a lot of attention. For this experiment, it is necessary to use a robust current standard which is based on a quantum phenomenon such as a single electron pumping. A tunable barrier pumping is one good candidate for such single electron pumping based current standard. Here we report an experiment of a paralleled tunable barrier pumping device using air-bridge structures. In one devices, fourteen TBP devices are arranged in parallel and they are operated by single radio-frequency gate.We use the air-bridge structure to make a gate electrode which is used for making a quantum dot in each devices. Here we show the device feature of our paralleled tunable barrier pumping device.
