Abstract
In this paper, a three-phase five-limb transformer is used to include some changes to modeling internal winding faults. The developed model is based on primitive parameters and it takes into account the physical dimensions at different regions of the iron core, the nonlinear effects of magnetic saturation and the effect of internal windings faults on the three-phase transformer.
