Abstract
A voltage feedforward control technique based on a one-cycle control concept is introduced. This technique is applied to a single switch three-phase high quality resonant rectifier. The controller does not eliminate the line current harmonics totally, however it does produce a well-regulated DC output voltage. The controller causes the adjacent harmonics in the line current to be of equal magnitude. The overall effect on the input line current is lower harmonic distortion. Also, introduced in this paper is a small-signal modeling technique suitable for three-phase AC-DC PWM single switch rectifiers. Theoretical analysis is supported with simulation results
