  • Abstract
Customer environmental issues are becoming a significant factor in our overall recycling scheme. It is incumbent upon the corporation, as a major Information Systems supplier, to recognize that customers should be provided assistance with the disposition of old, obsolete or unwanted materials or products. Programs also need to be developed to provide for the recycling of various consumable product packaging materials. This paper is a discussion of these various issues and presents solutions which have been either developed or implemented, as well as a method to ensure that the programs accomplishes their goals in an effective and efficient manner
