Abstract :
The authors extend the concept of possibility measures to two-dimensional possibility measures by application of the possibility distribution function. The focus is on the proof of validity of this extension. Other results concerning the properties of two-dimensional possibility measures and the relations between one-dimensional possibility measures and two-dimensional possibilities measures are included. An example is given to illustrate the main results
