Abstract :
This article presents the development of a procedure for calibration of modern substation primary test systems, in special systems used for dissipation factor tests of substation equipment. While traditional test systems use only the fundamental frequency, modern systems measures dissipation factor on a frequency range from below fundamental frequency up to hundreds of hertz. The standards used for calibration are shown, as well as calibration results are discussed.
