Abstract :
A new low-voltage and low-power CMOS voltage-mode circuit which can perform multiplication and division functions is presented. It consists of four MOSFETs biased in weak inversion and four MOSFETs biased in strong inversion. We use an attenuator to increase input range. Power supply for the circuit is 1.5v. The -3db band width of the circuit is 20MHz. maximum power consumption is almost 1.3uw. This circuit will be a useful sub-circuit for analog voltage mode signal processing. HSPICE simulation is used to confirm the functionality of the circuit.
