Abstract :
We report successful simulation of several different types of current injection nanophotonic lasers showing the spatial-temporal evolution of the electromagnetic field using our dynamical semiconductor medium (DSM) FDTD model. The modelpsilas capability in dealing with complex electromagnetic structures and semiconductor carrier dynamics is illustrated.
