Abstract :
The knowledge in knowledge base is not the same important in different circumstances, and even some of them are redundant knowledge. Therefore, reduction of knowledge has become the core of the rough set theory. Knowledge reduction means deleting the irrelevant or unimportant knowledge under the condition of that keeping the same classification ability. According to the character of evaluation, the authors try to apply it in the study of evaluation, proposed a new reduction method of order-cycle column remove based on indiscernibility relation, and introduced the idea of the method, and reduced the same example by different methods, drew a consistent reduction results. Therefore, this fully confirmed the correctness of the method. It is a good method to look for key evaluation indexes in a large number of evaluation systems.
