Abstract
Since the importance of service in nowadays, service science is become a hot issue in industry and academic in present. Based on analyzing of status quo of service science studies, this paper find lack of core fundamental theories and unified research framework are the main shortages in service science researches currently. Then, the nature of service science from aspects of service system and whole service process are analyzed respectively. Finally, the paper give out three principles including systematic, multi-disciplines and quantitative modeling for service science research, and a unified framework modeling for service science study.
