Abstract :
This paper explores the evolution of corporate social responsibility by designing and analyzing games based on conditions close to the reality. Costs and benefits, which result in payoffs, are two most important determinants for rational firms´ related decisions. In the gradual evolutionary process, external and internal factors, like the pressure from non-shareholding stakeholders and the profitability of slack resources, keep changing, interacting and thus significantly influencing the development of CSR. Though with some limitations resulted from the special analytical method, findings from the research points out new directions for further research.
