Abstract :
Abstract -In this paper, we present optimization tasks of the spectral and power efficiency of the m-ary channels´ in wireless and mobile networks. The invariant efficiency criterions based on the m-ary digital channel´s Shannon capacity are introduced. Two invariant fundamental resources efficiency optimums are investigated: first - the maximum spectral efficiency in bit-per-second-per-Hertz, and seconds -the minimum specific power consumption in SNR-per-bit-per-second-per-Hertz. These criterions were constructed based on invariant parameters. The fact that the value of invariant function F(x1, x2...) does not change by substitution instead of every x1 argument´s his x1* (x1, x2,...) invariant maps may be suitable for universal appropriateness research both information measures and power measures.
