Abstract :
The article was written from the necessity of applying ERP in the small and medium manufacturing enterprises. By researching, it analyzes the evident problems in applying ERP from the enterprises and the software businessmen´s point of views. It states the reason of the low rate of the ERP application in the small and medium manufacturing enterprises and takes a long-term outlook of the trends of the development. The above conclusion will be good to the Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises to put the ERP into effect.
