Abstract :
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Liaoning province have played a significant role in the economy. However, financing difficulties plagued the development of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province. By analyzing survey of SME financing in Liaoning Province, this paper highlights Government should formulate appropriate fiscal policy to support SMEs, including increasing financial subsidies, optimizing preferential tax system and seeking industrial, academic and research cooperation.
