The study on the strengthening strategy of the stability of pear supply chain

Taking pear as the studying object, the research had focused on the analysis of the data collected from the main pear planting bases, the companies doing pear business, the circulated markets of pear in Hebei Province. It has been shown by the research that the main causes leading to the instability of pear supply chain, such as the conflict between pear production and its markets, the underdevelopment of logistics, means of managing irregularly, the lack of information service, are found. To assure the stable operation and to boost the efficiency of the pear supply chain as a whole, the countermeasures for strengthening the stability of the pear supply chain are put forward according to the above analysis.
