Abstract :
One of the main conditions of transition of the new economic relations in Russia as a whole, and in the Republic of Bashkortostan in particular, is the change of the property form of the large machine-building enterprises. An information support system must be created, because new economic relations have higher control and production dynamics. Obviously, such a process should not cause complete destruction of an old control system. The question should be formulated as modernisation (redesign) of the existing system. One aspect of such modernisation is the application of modern information and information-managing technologies. The base information is the transition from barrier control systems in a real environment to creation of the common information space with a virtual hierarchy of information flows, i.e. transition to open systems ideology. The initial step in the reengineering direction should be the process of formalisation and structuring of an existing production management system
