Abstract
A single period two-stage product pricing model in a fuzzy environment is established in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to explore how the retailer and the supplier make their own decisions about retail price and wholesale price respectively with the expected value model. By using game theory and fuzzy theory, the optimal decisions for each firms are given. At last, a numerical example is given to further analyze the results obtained in this paper.
