Abstract :
In order to forecast and simulate the quality of atmospheric environment, the author constructed the basic three-dimension model of environmental fluid mechanics, and consequently improved the transport model of emissions of air pollutants, based on the analysis of atmospheric pollution and water pollution process. Through the use of Matlab software, the number of days needed for each pollutant to reach the mark has been calculated. The model is able to be applied to a variety of pollution process researches, and can predict the location of a certain concentration of pollutants at a given moment. Finally, cost comparison has been generated, and strategies for environmental problems had been proposed.
