Abstract
Model attitude control is a major problem in magnetic suspension implementation. To achieve a six-degree-of-freedom control, the measurement system has to overcome the dynamically unstable nature of the designed system. In this paper, the measurement system set-up using quadrant detector and lateral effect detector are proposed to accomplish the model attitude control task. The measurement calibration has been made to show the capability of the established system for application in magnetic suspension wind tunnel
