Abstract :
In the manufacturing process of electronic equipment, contact electrification is likely to cause ESD to the equipment. An electrification suppression method based on the effective work function is proposed along with a method for measuring it. It is shown to have been successfully applied to solve the electrification issue in the transportation process of electronic equipment through the manufacturing process.
