Abstract :
A new three-terminal universal sensor interface has been realized. The measured inaccuracy for capacitive measurements over a -30°C-70°C temperature range is smaller than 100 aF with respect to a 2 pF reference capacitor. Low-frequent filtering techniques have been applied, with good results
