Abstract :
The paper presents an approach to the design of mechatronic units of translatory motion, working on the forced modes. A method for the synthesis of the modules to a minimum of energy consumption on the basis of a constant load and load harmonic law, which defines the parameters of the actuator is supposed. The article presents the results of the synthesis of single-engine and twin-engine version of the module, and proposes a general scheme of designing mechatronic units, implemented in the form of specific samples.
