Abstract
Online P2P lending market as an emerging market makes it convenient and fast to transact between borrowers and lenders. This paper is intended to study the market efficiency of online P2P lending market by examining welfare status of participants who borrow money in online P2P lending market. The paper establishes a game model between borrower and lender, the results suggest that lending interest rate is not only a cost of borrowing money for borrower, also it can figure out the status of borrowers´ welfare.
