Abstract :
In this paper, triaxial motion servo control system has been constructed with the real-time Ethernet technology EtherCAT and adapt the distribution control. It solved the problems of the reality and synchronization when the system needs to transmit large number of messages with Fast and efficient algorithm. The system can be used in 3D object high-speed tracking, ocean wave machine, three axis high-speed processing and so on. It makes the combination of the hardware and software more closely and low cost because of adapting the superior performance soft logic control, and so it provides the reliable support in the field of manufacturing applied for servo motors.
