Abstract
Recognition of the output pattern from an array of sensors with partially overlapped specificity to improve the selectivity and precision of measurement is valuable in odour identification. An intelligent sensing system with sensor array and a two-step neural network processing method has been developed to identify and evaluate Chinese Wine. With the intelligent system, seven kinds of Chinese Wine were tested and its overall ability was about 85%
