Abstract :
The paper is devoted to study an algorithm for processing of a coherent signals scattered by pedestrian, vegetation and precipitation. The bispectrum signal processing permits to increase signal-to-noise ratio due to capability of bispectrum to suppress the almost Gaussian noises. An experimental study in 8-mm waveband by coherent radar was performed and confirmed the assumption made before. The gain about 15 dB was obtained for detection of a moving person on the background of clutter.
