Abstract :
A new kind of coupled transmission lines called two layer circular symmetric coupled microstrip transmission lines is introduced. This kind of coupled line can be used for several microwave and RF applications including RF MEMS as low crosstalk interconnects. First, the Laplace equation has been solved analytically in the structure to get to the potential distribution. Then the distribution of the charge on the strips has been obtained. Finally, the capacitance and inductance matrices have been calculated.
