Abstract
Processing of the SFD-262 and SFD-268 cross-field amplifiers has been performed for set periods of time and under specific operating parameters. CPI/BMD has implemented a process monitoring and data collection system to provide real-time assessment of the condition of CFAs during the age and burn-in processing. The goal of this activity is the customization of the age and burn-in process for individual CFAs and the hastening of processing
