Abstract :
The generators in the G-, P-band with the use of klystron interaction are offered. The space charges, sagging of fields in the gaps, electrons relativism are taken into mathematical model. It is shown, that the calculated electron efficiency orbotrons-klystrons on frequencies 50... 300 GHz can reach 16... 54%. The power output of the klystron-multiplier of frequency makes 2.6... 39 Wt in 500... 2000 GHz band
